Remember, when we multiply by a power of ten, we count the amount of zeros and swoop that many places (starting at the decimal) to the right. The number becomes bigger after we multiply.
ex) 0.05 x 10 ------> 0.5
When we divide by a power of ten, we also count the amount of zeros and swoop that many places (starting at the decimal). However, we now swoop to the left instead of the right. The number becomes smaller after we divide.
ex) 0.05 / 10 ----------> 0.005
