Steak and Shake makes the claim that customers could order a platter every night for a year and never have the same meal. Are their claims true?? Check out their menu. Each platter includes a main entree (steak burgers or melts) and two sides. Could someone really eat at Steak and Shake every night and eat a different meal each night? Comment below on what your group thinks! I can work through and finish a problem, even if it is challenging. I can agree or disagree with other's math work with polite reasoning. 6.PS.1, 6.PS.3

We think their claim is correct because you can have 35 different sides, and there are 15 steakburgers in total so 35 x 15 = 525. Since there are 5 melts, 5 x 35 = 175. 525 + 175 = 700.

Our strategy was to write down all the burgers with all the different sides our answer was 700
