Estimation can help us decide if we have enough money to buy what we want. However, when it is time to pay, the cashier must find the actual amount our items cost. Therefore, it is important to know how to round decimals in your head, but it is also important to account for what the actual sum or difference will be! We will be using advertisements to practice decimal estimation as we shop and using calculators to determine if we can keep in our budget!
